So far, she likes the Honda Fit and the Toyota Rav4. Does anyone have an opinion about either?

I think meara had a Rav4.
My sister has a Rav4, it's awesome. Great mileage, good power, handles well, pleasant to drive. They have had no real problems with it.

We love our Honda Fit! It's zippy as heck and shockingly roomy.
She likes the way the Fit drives and the whole magic seat thing. The Fit is obviously popular, because there aren't many recent ones available. I'm just concerned that the 2015 is the first year made in Mexico instead of Japan.
the whole magic seat thing.
What's the magic seat thing?!
I'm gonna laugh at my dads's exasperation from the first 3 days (out of almost a month!) of his grandsons, 12 and 8.
I'm an awesome daughter.
I think magic seat is what Honda calls the ability to reconfigure the seats in so many ways.
I do enjoy my RAV4! It's a pretty old one though, 2001. Is she only looking at used cars, then?

I am super excited--my roommate showed me how to use her grill, tonight, so I made some delicious pork loin chops, and she had grilled veggies, and I plan to eat off the grill for the next several days while I am home. Also, I bought an ENORMOUS watermelon (and several pounds of cherries, and two pounds of strawberries, and....) NOM NOM NOM.
I was setting up a small electric fan next to my desk and wondering which direction to point it in. A small voice said "How about pointing it directly at you?" To which I replied "Because that's decadent and shows lack of character. I don't need cool air being aimed directly at me, cooling off the whole room will be enough." And that actually seemed reasonable for far too many minutes.
