We are currently just off the eye of Bill the storm. It has been raining for hours . Nothing crazy no thunder and lightening, just pretty heavy rain with wind. Radar looks like it will be hours more.

Is there some kind of headhunter rule about not approaching people who've been in their jobs less than a year and a half? I hit 18 months and suddenly they are coming out of the woodwork with hilariously unsuitable jobs.

I usually feel like 8 hours is enough for me, or even 7.5, but maybe because I got less than that for several days I want more right now.
