On a day I work from home I might only get 2k on the Fitbit. Good days, when walk somewhere AND go to the gym, I hit the 10k goal. Average day is probably around 6 or 7k though.

But you can definitely change the goal, sj--we gave my mom one and I made the goal 3k steps to start, because she was just getting walking again after surgery and tired easily.

It was 60 in Chicago when I left for work, but it's only 52 in Highland Park. I guess I should have worn something on top of my t-shirt.

Went to bed around 7:30 last night and slept for 10 hours. Could actually go for some more sleep.

We are currently just off the eye of Bill the storm. It has been raining for hours . Nothing crazy no thunder and lightening, just pretty heavy rain with wind. Radar looks like it will be hours more.
