Once again, all the conversations going on in my general vicinity are getting on my nerves. I'm gonna have to figure out some way to deal with that but for today I will just be tense.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Thanks -t. I hope I did well enough on the other questions.
I am off to volunteer at the Greater Chicago Food Depository in a moment. I'm wearing a long-sleeved shirt because a) the instructions said to cover visible tattoos, and b) the volunteer T-shirt we were given is white and nearly see-through when I am NOT sweating up a storm. Why does no one think of these things in the design process?
I'm sorry for people having bad days. My day is going okay, though anything old be better than yesterday, which involved several stupid clusterfucks and ended with me having to talk myself it of going to yell at the neighbors who had three cars parked in the fire lane.
Should I spend $150 on this stress-reduction thingie? It clips to your belt or bra and alerts you when your breathing indicates you're stressed, encouraging you to take deep breaths to relax.
I think it might be helpful for me, because often I'm stressed and don't realize it.
Spire knows when you're tense and reminds you to take a deep breath.
This is Spire. By measuring your breathing patterns throughout the day, it can notify you when you're tense, guide you to greater calm, and help you discover what makes you focused.

I went back to bed for a nap and ended up sleeping until 1:30. Which is when the exterminator knocked on the door. So now I look and feel like a person who just woke up with bad hair. Oh, well, I'm sure he's seen worse, and we weren't going on a date anyway. He has a date with some trespassing birds. (Not Justice.)
Tommy are there reviews online?
I'm intrigued by those, tommyrot. If you got one you could tell me how you like it. Keep in mind, though, that I am kind of a gadget junkie. I may have ordered a new activity tracker/sport watch yesterday. But it was relatively cheap! And will remind me when I've been sitting for too long as well as recording my heart rate while I'm swimming! Supposedly. So my advice may not be the best, is what I'm saying.
Might be good for you to look like you might be a person who is tired of all the m-f birds in your m-f vent (or wherever they are, I may be thinking of someone else with the vent full of birds), Zen. Motivate him.
What I was coming in here to say is - I finally got the Global Data service taken off my cell phone, woohoo! Only paid for two months I didn't need, that's not too bad a stupidity tax as these things go.
Birds sitch seems resolved, BUT, I turned on the outside faucet for the first time this year, and it started pouring water INSIDE my house. Leaking into the wall, I think. Carpet is soaked. I hope a plumber and new carpet can solve this problem without needing a contractor. I hope this doesn't clean out my bank account. House ~ma would be appreciated!
