I'm glad you're enjoying your bike, Strix! Yay!
So, that was a frustrating run. No, the actual running part was fine (although I am out of shape enough that to keep my heart rate in the desired zone (I should say to try to keep my heart rate in the desired zone because I was not super good at that even so) I was mostly walking but it's because my heart rate monitor told me to, not because I am lazy (this is really why I like heart rate monitors)) and I did eventually find headphones, although not the good headphones that stay in my ears reliably, but these worked fine. I realized I needed to download my zombie mission before I headed out, so I took that time to move some laundry around (but still have not put away clean dishes from the dishwasher) and then headed out for my favorite combination of zombies and GotG along the waterfront. Unfortunately, I did NOT realize that at some point I took a bunch of music off my phone to make room for...who knows what, but apparently that included the GotG soundtrack, which I found out at the first music break in Zombies, Run! when all I heard was silence. So that took a while to figure out and remedy and while I was doing that I paused the zombies and forgot to turn them back on when I started running again (listening to the soundtrack on shuffle through iTunes instead of through the zombie player, it's a subtle difference until it's been three or four songs and there hasn't been any story) so I lost some credit in that app. But not in the Polar app, which is all good except now it's not updating my Health app like it's supposed to and I can't figure out why. Argh.
Also, when I was making my To Do list last night and thinking it seemed like it seemed like achievable goals I forgot about mowing the lawn and now that I have seen the front lawn it clearly needs mowing.
But first, lunch. I think pancakes. Because that seems easier than salad.
