I know, right? I realize I should go drop off a library book, and that's close to the movie theater, so I can put off both errands and deciding until closer to show time.

This morning I fell prey to the dangers of working from home: Tim left for work a lot earlier than he usually does, and I was still asleep. I woke up at 9, which is at least an hour later than I usually get up. But it's not horribly late (I tend to drink my coffee and read the internet for a while before I start working, unless I have a ton of work with pressing deadlines), so I rolled over, stretched...and woke up AGAIN at 10:30 HOLY CRAP WHAT.
I don't think I've ever done that since I started working from home. Eeeesh. Fortunately I didn't have any pressing deadlines, but still. I do feel well-rested, that's for sure.
Perhaps if Kato had dragged you out for a walk at 6 freaking AM like *someone* did today. Gronk.
Oh, Darby. Learn the virtues of sleeping in!
But the sun is out! That means it's time for a walk, right?
Teppy, you clearly needed the extra rest.
Sox, stop lending your CC to Tino.
But the sun is out! That means it's time for a walk, right?
This is Zoe's argument for breakfast. Sun comes up way too early mid summer in NY.
Today feels like my first real day not working, since I was traveling all last week, and I got up at 7, walked the dog, had oatmeal, did a bunch of TCBing including applying for a job a recruiter contacted me about. I have a couple of more tasks I want to complete and then, I believe, I'll take a nap!
and then, I believe, I'll take a nap!
Having this option every day would rule.
I am exhausted because I did not go to bed when I should have. When I woke up this morning, my left eye was gummed shut. Calling in sick this week isn't going to be much of an option because I have too many conversations and interviews set up for job stuff, so I need to get all the sleep tonight.
