Ugh, I'm tired and just being hammered by allergies (and trying to not take more allergy meds BECAUSE I'm already so tired and I need my whole brain for work) and I'm editing a complicated article, and so I'm sitting here thinking "God, I am HUNGRY. I am SO HUNGRY. It's annoying how hungry I am!"

That local honey trick seems to be working for me. Mind you, still having the occasional sneezing fit, but feeling like someone's trying to inflate a rubber life raft inside my sinus cavity is no longer the default state.

I once actually did forget to wear pants (or actually a skirt. I was wearing a long coat, and when I arrived at work, I realized I was only wearing tights and a sweater under my coat!
Luckily, I was working in a costume shop!

I had a chat about open roles with someone this morning who has been in a similar situation to the one I'm in. He gave me some advice and wants me to be careful to know what I'm getting into and not just running away from a bad situation, which is fair. I think we're going to invent a reason to get me out to the west coast for a visit.
