Very exciting, Sox!

I had no idea Chipotles delivered?!? That would be dangerous news if I thought the one near me did (I doubt it does, though probably there's fifteen internet services that would bring it to me for a fee)

I finished Couch to 5K! It felt awful, no idea why--Sunday and Monday felt fine. But I did it.

Billytea, I would like to see these oddly-sunburnt children. Must be an Australia thing. I hear you're serious about sunscreen now. :)

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

In that vein, FCM: Slip, slop, slap.

OK, I'm finally watching last week's Grey's Anatomy--and seriously, WTF? How is Seattle Grace/Mercy Death/Grey-Sloane Hospital twenty five minutes away from the viaduct?? Also, how is the viaduct an alternative to any bridge? (None of this is spoilery)

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

My belief system is cobbled together from Little Women, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Godspell, Virginia Woolf, Peter Brook's idea of Holy Theatre, and Angel

I love this.

My today name would be Caroline. Going back in decades: Melanie, Briana, Tamara, Anne, Phyllis, Annie, Lucille, Jeanette, Mae, Geneva, Flora, Lulu. Interesting.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

How did I make do before I had the El Rey network? I just watched a wire-fu flick that made Kung Fu Hustle look like a documantary, complete with a villain who had a metal claw hand AND a weaponized litter with swiveling poles that he fought from.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I'm afraid my belief system when it comes to Gods and afterlives and such is the same as Jane (the Mentalist): "Dead is dead. Until then, there's ice cream."

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

El Ray is a constant delight. Their Christmas Kaiju marathon was glorious, especially the one where Godzilla fought the giant, genetically modified rose that was animated by the ghost of the scientist's dead daughter. I generally feel like I shoud have something tequila-based to drink when I watch, although sometimes that would clearly be redundant.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So I woke up with my period, which maybe explains some of the crazy brain stuff? Still woke up too early, but at least I did a load of laundry before heading to the orthodontist.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And phew, I finally got a check-in email for my flight tomorrow. I couldn't find my confirmation email, and even though the reservation was there on the airline website, I had some fear that something was fucked up. EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Nothing is fucked, Jesse.

It's a useful mantra, but one I have to be careful not to say out loud.
