Timelies all!
Back from the party. Mostly people I didn't know, or haven't seen in a very long time. Other than some hearing loss, my great-aunt(by marriage, so I don't get those longevity genes) is in great shape.
In a bit we will go meet Gary's mom for dinner.

I started a balcony garden again this year for the first number in a while; I hadn't had the spoons the past few summers. This year I decided I wanted to change things up a little so I'm trying some perennials out in one of the larger pots to see if I can get them to winter over, hydrangeas and some ground cover in one pot and another that includes rhubarb and strawberries along with pansies. Just have to wait and see what happens.
Rebecca, of course stupid Mike is at that concert.
My transplanted lilies of the valley don't look so hot, but I'll give them a while, and luckily, there are plenty more where they came from!
I know a lot of people at that concert, of course! Evidently, Prince just brought the Mosbys, our city state's attorney and her husband my city councilman, out on stage with him.

I'm about to have dinner with drew and Kristin. After ANOTHER ridiculous travel agency fail...this time they booked two tickets. Better than none, but still was annoying and hectic on a morning I didn't need it!!
