I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yes, tommyrot, one magical vanilla bean. I'm gonna miss that cow, too.

Nice. We could very well sponsor one or both of those...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Well, the razor blade goes with the vanilla. Are you making something banana-vanilla bean?

I am. It's a chia seed and coconut milk "pudding" (it's more of a custard, I'd say, but thqat's not what thte recipe calls it) with banana and vanilla. I tried making one that had no extra flavouring and it was super bland - which is good to know for those occasions when I need bland, but not to be my new go to quick and easy breakfast.

The razor blades are just because I have run out. But I can't get them at Trader Joe's so I have to remember they are on the list when I am deciding where to shop.

Megaflora is cool, megafauna still creeps me out, but meganeura is giving it a run for its money: [link]

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

but meganeura is giving it a run for its money: [link]

That doesn't look real enough to creep me out. Maybe if it was an animated gif where it was flapping its wings and trying to get away....

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Once an insect gets large enough, I'm not nearly as scared of it. Not that I'd touch it involuntarily (I have let a giant cockroach run over my hand) and keep a safe distance, but I'm fascinated by them.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Having a hard time. Puppy is sick. We thought upper respiratory infection, which is still possible. Could also be distemper, which would likely be fatal. If you have any good thoughts or spells or prayers or whatever you do to spare, I'd appreciate them. I really don't want to spend the rest of my summer watching a puppy die.
