Pros: I have people in the Bay Area, I wouldn't have to move out of the country and deal with visas/banking/taxes/retirement, shorter & less expensive flights to visit family, sushi.

I need to visit Dublin, because it's difficult to make a good decision when you have not been to a place. I need a visa to work there, so probably 2 years at least, with a max of 3-5 years depending on the type of visa.
