I just pimped Dear NSA on FB and the first two likes I got were from my most liberal and most conservative friends. So - there is appeal from both ends of the spectrum.
Thanks Beverly. I feel like I've surpassed "my move likes carrots". Having this big overlap is fantastic on some levels and very frustrating on others. I get to take my time unpacking car load by car load but it feels like it is taking forever and there is still so much at the apartment.
Miss Kitty is doing well though I'm worried how she will do going up and down the stairs each day. I did get her some hip and joint support chews that she has gobbled down so far. I gave Noodle the run of the house earlier and I haven't seen/hear from her in the last few hours. She is my "find the smallest possible space and hide there for hours" cat.
Because I am twelve, our product line that gets abbreviated ASS amuses me, but now I've discovered that there's a 5.5 qt pot in the product line ANU that has no spaces in it's description so it starts with ANU5 and that seems worse.
Go you, -t! (Not on the being 12, obviously!)
Naw, man, I *totally* approve of the being 12. I mean, "ANU5"? Seriously? That's awesome.
(Also, go you on the raise and review!)
shrift! insent with info on that thing. NSA knows the one.
Yay -t!
I too, just got my performance review, but I won't know about the raise until July. My boss has no input into my raise- the Dean of Finance looks at everyone's review and decides. 3.5% would be so high for here-- I think we are basically in the 1% area, and we are still "cost cutting".
And the ask "anonymously" on the ASK NSA tumblr (with the quotation marks) is really cracking me up!
Go raise getting people. 3.5% would be utterly fantastic at my company. Once 4% was the low end, but that has dropped bit by bit over the years.
It's very cool to be able to look at the weather radar on the computer and to also look out the window to the end of the lake and think "Yeah, that cloud bank does look bad", then glance back to that cloud bank on the radar on the website out of a city 50 miles away.
