Warning -t about the case of avocados: it can be hard to eat a whole case by yourself. I find it can be hard sometimes to eat the TJs 4 pack in time. Although it can simultaneously be hard to keep enough avocados on hand when I only buy 4 at time. Go figure.

That is exactly my concern, Burrell! i have had pretty good luck with freezing excess avocado, though, so I might give it a try. Once I find out exactly how many come in a case.

Right, that's totally an option. I am not good at remembering that, for some reason. Once they get into the fruit bowl on the table they mostly stay there until they are eaten or need bits cut off of them.
