Avocado full of tuna salad for dinner. I should eat that more often. I wonder if buying avocados by the case would be practical...

Oh, right! Damn, now I'm out of avocado. Maybe I will buy a case, just see how that goes.

I also make a tasty salad with grape or cherry tomatoes, halved, and diced avocado, dressed with lime juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. SO GOOD.

See, that's starting to get too complicated for me. Dicing, halving. But I'll keep it in my back pocket.

ETA metaphorically. Salads and back pockets don't mix.

Oh god, they just replayed the second most (first was launch) stressful part of servicing mission 4. Breaking a handle off the telescope. Still makes me want to barf.
