It's a good thing I decided to get a new windshield. I flipped up my sun visor to see a brand new crack wending its way down from the top of it. Several new chips of varying sizes, and it leaks. And registration is due next month, with attendant vehicle inspection, and inspectors don't like cracks. Several people at work are likewise reporting sand blasted windshields and mirrors, depending on which way they were facing when they were parked. Sand got blown in *through* the closed doors on the passenger side. That was one hell of a windstorm.
Now I did a job. I got nothing but trouble since I did it, not to mention more than a few unkind words as regard to my character so let me make this abundantly clear. I do the job. And then I get paid.

Am proud I worked hard and sat with my computer working on the report until the internet cut out on me (and my flight is going to board shortly). Didn't get it done but got probably halfway through, which is good. I still have to finish it tomorrow, along with three others...and several hours of double-booked meetings. And a haircut. I'm feeling a little stressed. Ugh.
