Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I am actually not sure about all that. They seem to have stopped making the five ingredient line, which disappoints me. Those were right up my alley.
I'm only interested in the ginger molasses and tres leches, but I figured other people might have different tastes than me.
The Applewood Smoked Caramel Almond ice cream needs a hyphen or two. It's not clear what's been smoked.
I saw the Applewood Smoked part and just automatically assumed there must be bacon somewhere in there.
Could be cheese.
Typing "applewood smoked" into my search bar brings up the following options:
bacon
salt
salmon
cheddar
ribs
All of which I would, to be honest, probably try in ice cream although I probably wouldn't buy a pint untasted.
Tell you what, I will take the hit for the team and try the applewood smoked caramel almond ice cream. Because I'm a giver.
So today was open house at Franny's middle school. I took Frances and her friend by the art teacher's class and think I pretty much guaranteed their places in her advanced art elective next year. So at least a partial success for the afternoon. Only problem is that I am now a zombie as I've had no more than 5 hours of sleep a night for the past two weeks, and I still need to muscle my girl through her homework.
I bought Ginger Molasses Cookie Haagen-Dazs on the way home from work.

Two or three of the people who tend to ask me to do a lot of stuff seem to have taken on projects with people in various Asian countries, which means the people in various Asian countries are also asking me to do (lots of) stuff during their day time hours.
Can I give up now?
I'm with minus-t, I miss the 5 line from H-D. The lemon ice cream was amazing. And now I only see lemon sorbets.
ION, what do windshields cost,
$300+ for a 2004 Honda Civic windshield a few years back. But that's in SF.
