Rebecca, at one of the houses I work at, we had a dietician in to help us assist with formulating an eating plan for someone she recommended be on a 1200 calorie diet due to petiteness and activity level. If it would be of use, I can scrounge up some of the menus we have used and some recipes. We are very proud of the efforts we put into delicious meals that are also appropriate levels of calories for this person.

WS- thanks, but I can do it easily, I just don't. Wings and fries are not gonna work and then there is the dunkin lattes, and the beers.
But wings though.
And beers.
Pizza.
Look at who isn't packing!
Are we listing foods that make it hard to claim we're eating healthy?
CADBURY EGGS, Y'ALL.
I ate four Cadbury Eggs at Easter and I'm sick of them now. Good job, Me!
Tim put SO MANY (6, I think) in my Easter not-basket, and I actually have a lot left (3, I think).
I don't even like wings. Or hamburgers. You'd think my Communist tastes would help me out.
Beer, though.
Candy is not a problem for me. I almost never bring it into the house.
I think I will go grocery shopping at lunch and get food to cook tonight as well as make lunches.
If I get my grill working again I guess I will start making grilled boneless hot wings. But Wingstop is a serious weakness. My meal there is over 2000 cal. 8 boneless and reg fries one dip.
