All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Teppy is related to Chris Evans. Pass it on.

Teppy is holding out on us, pass it on.

ION, I am learning to dress like an adult who wears clothing and shoes that don't hurt but which, consequently, cost more than I'm used to spending on things. I've got plantar fasciitis, and I can't get away with low-ball tennis shoes and sandals anymore. So I'm browsing Zappo's because they have a good reputation among Buffistas. I've never spent a hundred dollars on a pair of shoes, but if they're sturdy and will last a few years, all to the good.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Stranger things have happened - one of my former co-workers had Donny Most marry into the family. (Apparently, he is a douche of the DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!? variety.)

If it turns out to be Chris Evans, I expect an introduction to his little brother at some point. After I've had a year or so to hit the gym.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Good shoes are totally worth the money. Life is too short to be in avoidable pain.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Zappos is easy, but also try DSW and 6pm.com

Oooh, 6pm has a much nicer selection, for my tastes. Thanks!

Took a 6 mile walk at a 15 minute mile pace. My butt is going to hate me tomorrow. But I needed to get some exercise and pool was closed for Easter. Not much blooming yet, though buds are starting to rapidly appear on trees. But the lake, a mile from me, is a pleasent place to walk. 1.3 mile loop for walkers and runners and bikers, and plenty of people watching. Especially on Easter! So many families in their Easter outfits. There's park surrounding it that people picnic and just play in.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

There was a guy at Norwescon this weekend who looked like one of the lesser Hemsworths. Not a particular one, just like he could be one.

Someone should totally find Matt someone who looks like Scott Evans. If not Scott Evans himself. (Total cutie. Doesn't look that much like his bro, but a total cutie.)

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I am back from Michigan. All three of my nieces had a fast-acting stomach bug at different points of the weekend. I just hope I don't catch it.

Without my desktop, I'm trying to figure out how to watch the TV shows I'm behind on and get podcasts I've already downloaded on my phone. I've got free Hulu casting to my television while I upload mp3s to the cloud. Throwing a wrinkle in these plans is thast my old Chromebook can't seem to stay connected to wifi. Don't know if that's the Chromebook's fault or our internet.
