Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

The good part about magic mouthwash is that it numbs your mouth so you can eat.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Jesse, having read that thread, I feel like the smartest human on the planet because I can do basic math.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

So far, my favorite part of that thread is:

What do you mean you don't start counting on Sunday? IT's a fuking DAY!

Sunday! Is it a day or not?!?

Ann, that's a ferret.

Sunday! Is it a day or not?!?

Just as much as Wednesday is.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That thread made my brain hurt and I had to stop reading.

ON the plus side, my local Sprouts now carries poke, and it's even pretty tasty. Yay, for living in an elitist, foodie enclave!

I can't look. Can't look.

Jilli, I envy her productivity, but not enough to work at her bonkers pace, oh, my, yes. But as a reader, I'm glad she's so prolific.

information libertarian

This week, people! Apparently it's traditional in Cincinnati for lenders and title companies to procrastinate until the last minute, then run around like chickens with their heads cut off the day before the closing. Our agent told us not to worry, it's always like this. I miss our super-nice (became a friend) and VERY SENSIBLE AND CALM AND ORGANIZED mortgage person in Georgia. So that was our morning.

We've never had a closing that didn't involve us having to chase people for information. I hate it.
