QC has gotten kinda slow lately. I'm sticking with it, though. It's also been showing up in my RSS feed irregularly - I won't get it for a few days and then all the strips I missed will show up at once, but not on any consistent schedule. I suspect the irregular clumping might be helping keep my interest.

It's 80 here in NC, down from 97 earlier. I got up and went walking at 5 am because I figured I wouldn't want to do so after work. If I'd known it would cool off (relatively speaking) so quickly I might not have bothered. On the other hand, the walk's done, so I can spend the evening goofing off.

Calamity on the hot beverage shelf! My alligator platter fell over and broke my glass teapot. Also knocked over two french presses, but one of those is stainless steel and the other lexan, and neither appears to have sustained damage (the big glass french press is on loan to my mother so she can make coffee for all her houseguests at once, so it escaped)
