I do love library books on Kindle! The only thing I dislike is that it's not easier to return them--if I get them on my iPad in the overdrive app, it's easy to just click on them and return. Whereas the kindle ones I just leave on until they disappear, which isn't really fair to anyone who wants them next, if I finished reading them a week ago!

You can return them at amazon.com - Manage Your Devices, I think?
Have mowed the lawn. One more load trough the dishwasher and all the dishes will be clean. Not sure how much more I maw willing to do to make the house presentable. Maybe I'll get another burst of energy later.

I've been into Julia Spencer-Fleming this winter, but also have to recommend Ice Shear by MP Cooley.
mac is gone for 5 days. My big plan tonight? giant salad for dinner and wine. I thought I wanted to start back up on Dexter, but I am hating S3, so I decided instead to start in on Nikita S4.

Yeah--but it's a really annoying process even on the computer, and worse yet, one I can't do on my actual kindle.
I just saw an ad for "Married at First Sight" on TV. Seriously???
The ConMan campaign is going along at like $1-2K every few minutes. crazy.
Oooh, that's good to know, -t. I was wondering about that. I think I may have to upgrade to an iPad, soon, though; I feel like the Kindle is so limited in ways it doesn't need to be. If I can rent the thing directly on my Kindle, I should be able to return it from there, too.
Yeah, I like the kindle for (a) not making me think "ooh, I could just go check my email.." and (b) it's not backlit so I figure it's better for me to read at night.
Yeah, you totally should be able to do it from the kindle. I don't know what the thinking is there. But if you feel really guilty about hoarding a library book you've already read it's possible, at least.
Weirdly, I have found that magazines that I subscribe to through Amazon as kindle publications are formatted weird on the kindle and look better in the Kindle app on the iPad.

I like the not backlit aspect for reading regardless of the time of day, reading anything longer than a quick article on a computer or tablet screen really hurts my eyes.
