I have just discovered a weird skin thing on my collarbone. Thanks to the basal cell carcinoma I had removed last year, I am mildly worried that it is skin cancer. Again.
If it makes you feel better to have company, I have to have skin cancers removed on a regular basis. I think the first time was seven years ago, and now it's just another thing I have to do. I see my dermatologist every 6 months. She removes what she can in the office (which is most of it) and sends me to the oncologist as needed. It's just become another part of my routine. I like to stay on top of it in stark contrast to my friend (step-fatherish) Charlie who had to have major facial and scalp surgery nearly two years ago because he let small things.....grow. For 20 years.
I love how everyone is jumping to defend my lazy cats, but NOT BUYING IT! Lizard had all his parts attached, tail included. And kitties are too busy napping in the sun to notice.
"That's not our responsibility," he said. "We don't provide student services to bigots."
Well done, indeed. That makes my day.
Good response, University of Oklahoma.
According to Twitter the entire plaza here in town where my market is located has been evacuated because the roof has begun collapsing. This really has been a hell of a winter.
That is one lucky lizard. 'Round here, he'd be a fond memory of snacks gone by. Prey drives: My cats have them.

Yikes, sj!
And kitties are too busy napping in the sun to notice.
They're playing a long game. Saying to themselves "to catch a lizard, we must think like a lizard. What do lizards like to do? Lie in the sun..."
I don't think anyone was hurt, but someone was apparently on the roof clearing off ice when the roof began to collapse underneath him.
So now I have two internal candidates for an open position. That's even stickier!
