3extra days spent at home, I think the cats are tired of my presence- Loki is on the radiator and Pumpk is upstairs on the bed, when normally they are piled on me when it is subfreezing outside(18.)
I need extra days, but only if I didn't have to spend them on work. For all of their strictures on security and blahblahblah, my IT dept. sucks ass at testing. I can't even.

I am so frigging broken and tired and just unbearable to be near these days. My poor kids. They are stuck with me. At least all y'all don't have to deal with me in the flesh!
vacation TOMORROW! YAY. Just a short one and nothing terribly exciting, but VACATION. I am all giddy the day before leaving, mac gets grumpy. Flight out is 8:30am, so I am soon to bed. Just checking the packing.
plane outfit, 3 more outfits, extra cardigan, toiletries, book, book on tape, computer, GPS, chargers, maps and directions I've already printed for duplicity. That's it, right? 3.5 days and me as the driver, not much more to take.

Yeah, for me the extra day is to fit in all the work that keeps piling up. I just spent about 45 minutes going over the schedule for the month of March with one of my employees and it's just crazy what we are trying to get done right now.

And really, there is only so much lost you can get in El Paso/LC. Hardest part is Trans Mountain or I10, depwnding on if and where you are headed to the westside.
I do not want an extra day to get work done in because that would inevitably lead to more work, somehow. There's just always too much to do and I don't believe having more time would change that.
Not only no extra day, one less hour this month!

Thanks -t. I think at some point I need to address this as either a new, unwelcome change to my personality or sign that I need to change something about my lifestyle. Both seem kind of overwhelming to deal with, so I keep just hoping it'll pass.
