If you truly get stuck with it, donate it to a fire department for them to torch it and do live training, then you can sell the bare land.

Oh, the house had multiple offers the first weekend. There's no inventory here, and our market's insane. Just having TWO sales fall through has me shaken. And I have anxiety issues like whoa.
There will be more buyers, PMM, and one of them will stick.
YOU WILL SELL THE HOUSE.
I have a Hulk outfit that's a kelly green shirt and purple corduroys. When I first started doing it, I felt conspicuous. Now I give no fucks.
I want a Hulk outfit! I already wore my Wonder Woman outfit this week.
Plei, I hope your house selling hits a smoother patch ASAP.
Avengers theme outfits are good to have. I wear the Hulk outfit on days when I have meetings that probably are going to make me angry. I go Captain America colors when I need encouragement to be a better person and not set everything on fire. Hawkeye purple when it's failboat time. Black Widow when it's murder time. Iron Man days are just straight-up Iron Man T-shirt days.
It just occurred to me that I don't have a Thor. I need a Thor!
In other news, I'm at Union Station waiting to get on a train to Michigan.
I tend to layer Cap under my Black Widow jacket.
I wear the Dzing! circus-smell perfume when I need to be all Oh coffee, no. about things.
High of 38 yesterday. It will be in the 60s on Saturday. The new winter standard.
I want to be shrift and Plei when I grow up.
I need a reality check. I spoke with the mortgage gal at my credit union on Monday morning. She said she needed to do some research on the co-signer aspect as that is a new thing they are offering. She said she would get back to me later that day. I called yesterday afternoon after not hearing from her. I got her voice mail and left a message. I still haven't heard from her, so I sent her an e-mail a couple of hours ago.
I wanted to stick with my credit union because I would rather support them than some mega bank. But I'd like to get the process moving so I can officially start house hunting. Or, if I can't get qualified, then apartment hunting.
Am I being unreasonable in my expectation of response time?
