Yep, that's the one. And then there's the little spur of Old McMillan street that is like 100 feet from the main intersection. I almost got hit there many times, both in a car and as a pedestrian.

OMG, I am so easy. I've been down on myself and my job for the last few days, but today two different senior people supported me in minor but tricky things, and one of my staff people was thanked by another org leader, and now I feel great.

On my way home, I spent a good 3 minutes strategizing on how to cross the 4' of sidewalk between where I stood in the field and the salted slushy road. Ended up transversing on grass to where the concrete was rougher and had dead grass popping through so I had traction. It was GLASS.
Lisah, is the snowmelt the sugar based stuff? Sarah got it one year and we loved it but haven't seen it since. So much less corrosive. Slightly sticky, but no more so than the mess -chlorides make.
