On the organizing/productivity front, I cleaned out the fridges/freezers and then placed a Peapod order. I actually think doing twice a month Peapod orders (which has been a necessity because of the ice and snow) has actually worked out in favor of my budget instead of against it. Despite the delivery fees, I'm not at the market a couple times a week buying things I probably don't need.

So, appraisal guy was supposed to show up at 11AM. At 11:10, I called him (thinking maybe he was in traffic or having trouble parking), and he first said "No, we're at noon!" and then clarified "you're on 59th street, right?" Uh, no. So then he couldn't find me. I was like 'Dude, YOU left a VM for ME, we set this up a week and a half ago??" Finally he found it, realized it was his bad...and was like 'Uh, crap, I'm getting in the car now". He's 45 minutes away. I'm guessing he's not making his noon appointment?? Grrrr
