Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Those look good! And easy! And I have all the ingredients in the pantry!

Yay! Tell me if they are as yummy as they look

So I uncovered 3 more boxes of old books to cull and donate. Ugh! But now I think I can truly say books are done! By the way, I should warn all y'all, old books are worth bupkis unless you have the bandwidth to sell them by yourself, one by one. I actually left the used bookseller's angry today. Oh well.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Why do some adults have such a hard time communicating? We were hoping to have a discussion between K-Bug, KCD, B, and me to try to clear the air before CJ's birthday (he turns 18 on Monday). B doesn't want to talk to K-Bug until "issues are resolved" but how does that happen when she won't talk? KCD is not defending K-Bug in the least and it feels like things went backwards more than forwards. Grrrrrrrrrr.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

By the way, I should warn all y'all, old books are worth bupkis unless you have the bandwidth to sell them by yourself, one by one. I actually left the used bookseller's angry today. Oh well.

I feel like that's true of most things. I was trying to see if a vendor at the flea market might be interested in some of my grandmother's things, but she was selling gloves for $10, so what would she give me for them? Bupkis I'm assuming.

Just had a nice dinner and chatting with an old friend who's trying to figure out his next move professionally, so that was fun.

Sorry, Suzi. It's something that baffles me.

I have something like 4 hours of meetings tomorrow. Including the Big One. I think I can get through it without swearing, I did that a lot today at our branch meeting. And 2 more hours on Friday. But that's ok, because the schedule is slipping, so there's more time for testing...but oh wait, we all have vacation to burn off, and that screws up the few weeks we had of more regular work responsibilities. As of right now, taking 3 full weeks around holidays, and another full week somewhere else, most of us still need to take a day off every other week until 2015. THIS IS GONNA WORK SO WELL.

My notCSC boss is practically hyperventilating. This is 3/4 of her staff, and the one who is getting screwed by not having enough vacation is largely tasked on testing at Goddard, so not free for coverage here. ( and she's pissed about being forced to take a week at Xmas because she's not even Christian. We think we can get her an exemption as emergency staff since lightning strikes at Goddard this weekend nearly ruined everything and now they are mandating 24-7 coverage.)

And for a change of pace: animal sex practices on pbs! Elephant bulls dribbling pee in musth!

...I don't think this is how you do angry sex.

Our wings are not tired.

Meeting~ma in abundance, sarameg. I really hope that reasonable minds prevail and that a solution is worked out.

Why do some adults have such a hard time communicating?

Yeah there is this, SuziQ. There is a lot of that going around. Clue x 4 treatment would be recommended, but likely ineffective.

Our wings are not tired.

or those who really really hate spiders.

Seems reasonable to me.

It's a long game, I don't think it can be solved the next 5 months. But later.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister injured herself the other morning because her legally blind self though she saw a mouse in her bed and she tried to throw herself out of it--scraping shin and thigh against the riser into her bathroom.

No clear evidence of mouse, but the primate is walking with a limp, so one point to the imaginary quadripeds.

What do you do when you forget how to draw again? I should know by now, the number of times I do it...
