OK, I checked again and for a second could see the blue and brown. But now it's back to white and gold. Maybe because I'm sitting in a fairly dimly lit room so my brain is adjusting for that automatically?
::Takes phone outside into sunlight::
Nope. White and gold.
::Takes phone into dimly bedroom with drawn curtains::
No change.
When I tilted my laptop monitor towards me, it reads as (badly lit) white and gold. When I tip it away from me, it reads blue and black.
If I tilt the screen far enough away from to look different it looks like a photonegative.
I say the camera that took that photo did not get the white-balance correct. We need to know what lighting is on the dress.
only see it as white and gold.
Whoever photographed this dress is clearly twirling his or her mustache somewhere.
White and gold on my phone.
Periwinkle and vomit-bronze!
I'm convinced I'm completely unemployable. Which is probably not true. But in addition to thinking I'm completely unemployable, I'm paralyzed by not knowing what to do next.
You are not completely unemployable. Neither am I, although I keep thinking that, too. Our brains are both lying liars.
The only reason I'm not completely paralyzed by not knowing what to do next is that the only thing I can say with confidence is, "Well, I can't keep doing what I'm doing." And so I'm throwing my hat in the ring for a bunch of stuff and hoping someone gives me a job offer.
