Best Actress seemed like a way harder line-up compared to Best Actor. Any of those women had incredible performances this year. But Julianne More is a great choice.

I'd say the Oscars this year was a bit all over the place. Apart from the opening number, I thought NPH was off his game, but I loved Lady Gaga, and I was really pleased to see so many winners speaking up about issues and making statements that will get replayed tomorrow.
PS WTF was up with the remark Sean Penn made when he was giving out the Best Film award?!
