What they will mostly do is measure room dimensions and confirm number of bathrooms and such. They don't care about appearance or general condition beyond structural.
I was really hoping to get into Providence on Saturday because a play I wanted to see is about to close, but we're expecting more snow too.
Thanks Brenda! I figured the cleaner will be here next Friday (...which means I have to leave shit clean before I go on vacation!!!), so it won't be embarrassing but I usually don't have her do my office, for instance.

We're having that weirdness, too; our high today won't be until midnight, and then it's going to warm up into the 30s tomorrow, so the forecasted snow is likely to have wintry mix as well. Which means we're going to the grocery store tonight, with the rest of Cincinnati (Tim was already planning to take his dad to the store like he does every week, so we might as well get our groceries tonight instead of tomorrow).

That's exactly what I'm expecting here, too. I just went out, for the first time in three days, to refill the birdfeeder and lay in a few more supplies.
My next-door neighbors had their first baby February 16 and I just met him! Arun Kumar, a beautiful baby boy. His parents are just glowing.
