Yeah I think also. 2 are co workers and I think one has a misguided crush. The third is a currently heartbroken ex coworker, who I think meant more that I need people and in that he is not wrong.

Man, those beets took forever to roast, and they still didn't get as soft as I would have liked. Next time I'm just going to cube them before I roast them. But they were still tasty -- I tossed them with balsamic vinegar and feta.
