Well, a gathering is brie, mellow song stylings; shindig, dip, less mellow song stylings, perhaps a large amount of malt beverage, and hootenanny, well, it's chock full of hoot, just a little bit of nanny.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I got an adorable Hello Kitty valentine in a Christmas card, too. Somebody is *so nice!*

India, Brenda?

Our wings are not tired

I think the audition went well. We will find out if we got the contract by the end of the month hopefully.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Good luck and ~ma, Drew.

information libertarian

School is cancelled again here. For cold. I mean, it is cold, but. I am going to work in "feels like -25" and everybody else in my house is going to be asleep in bed still.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, I hate everything and am fantasizing about spraining my ankle or something else minor that still means I can't go to work for a while. I guess I could use a vacation?

Jesse I blame the snow, for you. For me, it's just curmudgeonly behavior.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It's -7 here in Highland Park, with a windchill of -27. So I wussed out and drove again today.

Compared with what I grew up with in Wisconsin and when I lived in Mpls., -27 isn't that bad. Maybe I'm just old and cranky, but I didn't feel like dealing with it today.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I cannot imagine these negative twenty-something temperatures. Dang.

Because books.

We don't have anything like Boston or Chicago, but I am so tired of being cold. And wind! Nasty, biting wind.

It's 60 in our office. My egg McMuffin and hot tea taste especially good right now.

Next on the menu: More tea!
