That's who I thought was you! Then I thought I was wrong for some reason.
Nope, that's me!
I need a fucking spreadsheet. And then the infants keep changing their usernames, which is so strange to me.
SO ANNOYING! STOP CHANGING YOUR NAMES, PEOPLE. I KNOW IT CHANGES YOUR URL, BUT I DO NOT CARE. IT IS OFF-PUTTING.
I'm on Tumblr, but not under my usual name. I wasn't an early adopter and trying to find an available Tumblr name these days is an exercise in frustration.
I was a seriously early adopter with my defunct personal Tumblr. 2008, early, maybe late 2007? I've only had the fannish one since mid-2010. I felt like I needed to get one to keep my URL, and then started actually using it.
Yesterday, Loki taught me the 4 fingered swipe trick on the iPad. Today, both he and Pumpkin have been caught making my fb feed scroll madly. And yet I download a cat game and they I won't touch it.
That's so feline.
ETA: I'm watching the AHS episode of The Writers' Room, now mostly for Tim.
Suzi,
if you pay the rent/mortgage, can you really run away from home?
(hope things get better 'ma at you)
That's so feline.
As opposed to gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. That's so raven.
Just like a writing desk.
OK, office clothes are packed so I can theoretically go to the gym before work. We'll see if I can actually pull that off.
I came back home and things are a better. Or the two fingers of whiskey helped make them appear better.
Hope it's actually better, Suzi.
Got my burritos made, I did not think that would happen. I think that gets me up to 12 breakfasts and 7 lunches with ingredients to hand for several dinners, so I shouldn't starve this week.
My nephews have made over $150 picking up pinecones at $.05 each.
My parents have a lot of pinecones. They're also having a blast with the boys. I haven't heard my dad this silly in a while and he's the one generally less patient with kids on a 24/7 basis. I think they've hit an age where he engages best with them. Of course, now he wants to take the eldest out to the shooting range, but is unsure about his mothers reaction ( I think she'd be fine, but I love that he actually thinks to ask. Unusual for him!)
...my dad never took my brother and me shooting. Hell, he never owned a gun til long after we left. But he was notorious in his hood growing up for shooting out street lights ...so he'd have better viewing with his telescope.
