I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hope your new shoes are amazingly comfortable and give you that magical I-am-so-fast-I-could-fly feeling for a while.

Inertia is strong, go you for overcoming!

I may have to seize the cat.

I simultaneously crave and fear change.

These pixels are coming to you from my office with a window, in which I have not yet turned on the horrid fluorescent light.

My mood is so very improved by this development.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Go, Jess! To the abyss with the insecurity demons!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I like to initiate change + Mac hates change = I avoid making many changes, definaty not fast ones.

It's a theme in my life that I am starting to get a handle on. A lot of my natural traits/likes are things that mac has issues with (change, surprises, spontaneity, new experiences, travel) so have mostly disappeared from my life.

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

It seems like incompetent people are totally oblivious of their incompetence. Or maybe they just don't care. Anyway, if you actually think about whether or not you're doing a good job, you're already a better employee than a lot of people we know. *waves pompoms*

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

All hail the mighty inertia.

Good luck dealing with change! Change is hard, even when you are so ready for change that you want to kick off your old shoes and run to the door.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

msbelle, how frustrating.

Go Jess!!!

I like change, once I'm in it. Anticipation of change is the part that freezes me. If I know it is coming down the road but there is nothing I can do in the meantime...eeeep. Give me something to research, plan, prep and I'm ok. Next month x is happening and you just need to wait until then is NOT COOL.

All the people at the new place think I'm really smart

The people are right. They know they're lucky to get you.
