I'm supposed to be in the middle of a project review but the higher up who asked for the review is having computer issues and is dealing with our Tech Assistance group, so the rest of us are twiddling our thumbs.
I'm ready to start crocheting. The other work projects I have need my full concentration so picking them up and then putting them down when our review starts would be frustrating. So ready for today to be over.
When I was a church-going teenager, there was a family that would have a Superbowl party where the game was on in one room, and in another room a bunch of us would gather around the piano and sing jazz standards. That is my kind of sports party.

I'm all edgy today. I have a meeting tomorrow with a new business division of one of my major clients about possibly taking on a whole new slate of work with my company. If it happens there is the potential for it to seriously increase the amount of work that we do, which would be great. It would also really increase the visibility of my business. Okay, I just needed to get that out there.
