Spohia, I've been oversleeping for the last week or so. I don't know if it's just Winter, or if it's a stress, or my body adjusting to coming off the meds, or a combo, but whatever it is, it's kicking my butt. Been staying up too late, too, just to get stuff done, that's part of the problem, but I still feel like I could sleep for days. And weird stress dreams, too. Last night I dreamed I sprouted thorns on my left shoulder. I'm usually awakened by the cat walking on me and whining, too.
My blood pressure hasn't been under 128/85 for a very long time, and often over. It's still normal, but high normal, and sometimes it spikes. The answer seems to be, lose weight. Right, isn't that the answer to ALL my problems, doctor? Too bad it seems to be impossible.

Today it's jacket-weather warm and birds are singing, and it feels like spring. It's a dirty trick, it's supposed to snow Monday.
And I have super tense shoulders and a massive headache. That's one thing this drug I'm weaning myself off of did for me, I had no body aches and no headaches. Unfortunately, I also lost feeling in my toes and got awful swelling and aches in my lower legs and feet, so that's not an acceptable trade-off. Dammit. Why can't someone make (or find) the perfect drug?

As far as I know, I am the only Ginger Mylastname in the history of the planet. There's something about pseuds that feels awkward to me, which leads me into confusion when I try to sign up for something and every possible variation other than my full name is taken.
