For what it's worth, I'd say leave the company if at all possible, because that's a sign of a toxic culture.
I'm attempting to move into a part of the company that doesn't sit in the sales organization, because the sales org is toxic to me personally. If that doesn't work out, then I'll have to leave the company.

Oh, Allyson, that is so not fair. Not fair to brenda and shrift either. I just ran into the same thing at my work. I'm giving it 6 months and if things don't improve, I'm looking for another position. But, JFC, this boss has driven me back into therapy.
