This is my second or third time trying it.
Morning. I got up before 9 and made an omelette with bell pepper and goat cheese, and I need to finish this mug of English Breakfast before I run the dishwasher. Adulting!
I was going to noodle around the internet for a few hours because part of my shopping list is the Jameson I'd run out of, but googling tells me that the law changed in spring of 2014. Now we can buy alcohol at 8am on a Sunday rather than 11am. I don't know what to do with this new freedom! Possibly I will ignore it and watch Netflix.
One thing I've discovered about any kind of stay organized/motivated/etc. system is that I need to change up those systems every so often.
When something stops working for me (takes anywhere from two months to a year), I switch to something else for a while. Eventually, I'll go back to old systems that I'd given up on before - it feels kind of like listening to a song you once played to the point of being sick of it after not listening to it for a couple of years.
Now we can buy alcohol at 8am on a Sunday rather than 11am.
Isn't it amazing to finally be living someplace civilized?

Oh, that looks cool. I'm still bummed that the Sendak designed kid's play area, Where the Wild Things Are, closed in SF.
