Legacy accruals we won't lose until we used them up, ( of course that burns first) but after that, the accrual zeros at the beginning of every year. And they're trying to impose mandatory vacation days- specific ones regardless of site schedules. Compared with our sites 5 wks/ yr, some insane cap of 3 or 4 months..
There is talk of insurrection to get a buyout.
Again, not uncommon in the industry, but diverging drastically from our main contract.

Sarameg, that sucks. I worked for a lousy company that held my organization's contract a while ago. We managed to get our organization bought out by another, better company. I hope you get a similar (or better) resolution soon.

I have a cat head on my foot. Shadow is learning that I will not spend the day napping with him in bed, like his Daddy did. Also, he loves graham crackers.
Everyone adapts. Lucky was Rob's cat, and now she's mine. It's different, but we all eventually managed.

ION, Campbell's now has a very delicious soup I just discovered. Some sort of kettle cooked portabello mushroom bisque that is chock full of chunky mushrooms with just the right give to the tooth and is divine.
