Hi Cindy! Yes, its me. I just thought Cybervixen was a bit much for a 37 year old with a small child who more often than not has someone else's snot on her.
Lilty, go to Set Profile and put your address or street or city or something into Your Location (between Taglines and Description
See, this is why I asked for instruction. Because I did that days ago, the day I first came back. I didn't get overly detailed, just wrote "Belgium." But it didn't appear on the map. It still hasn't appeared on the map. Do I have to be more detailed? Or does the map just hate me? That's probably it. Evil map.
Jilli will be not too far from me! Be sure to wave, Jilli!
The map didn't update with my new address, either. Being in the middle of the ocean, it will be obvious when it does.
Take care of yourself, Maria, and thanks for checking in.
New stress today as there seems to be some trouble with the GRE scores part of my application, and it's kind of my fault, and I'm not sure I can fix it. I fear my desire to save $195 and not take the GRE a third time might have cost me the bigger fellowships. Le sigh.
That sucks, Kiba. I hope it turns out not to be so.
The middle of the ocean, DebetEsse? Do explain! I am picturing you on a raft, similar in appearance to the one in Castaway, but equipped with a laptop and satellite internet.
I put a lat-long for Sydney into the map to test it and it hasn't shown up either.

Sorry, Kiba. Hopefully, there's a workaround.
Gah. My next door neighbor was just taken away in an ambulance. His wife (a dear friend of min)said he had some sort of massive seizure. Could I have some ~ma for them?
Kiba, I hope something can be worked out.
Lots of ~ma to your neighbor/friend's DH, Anne, and to her too. I'm glad she's got you for a neighbor.
Oh, Kiba, ugh. How frustrating.
Allyson's hair continues to be just about the prettiest in Prettyland.
I'm so tired I should be sleeping still, but so anxious about work (moving across town in a week and a half; so much yet to do, including non-moving things I let get buried under other things and just unearthed before the move, and now they're gnawing and fretting me) that I'm having a hard time not just getting dressed and going over right now.
Oh, no. Much ~ma for your neighbor, Anne.
Kiba, I hope your situation gets worked out.
Today is not shaping up to be a particularly good day. I need to do something to make it not a total wash. But first, some food I can keep down. I ate all the crackers already.
