Well, quite a lot of fuss. If I didn't know better, I'd think we were dangerous.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Lots of ~ma to your neighbor/friend's DH, Anne, and to her too. I'm glad she's got you for a neighbor.

Oh, Kiba, ugh. How frustrating.

Allyson's hair continues to be just about the prettiest in Prettyland.

I'm so tired I should be sleeping still, but so anxious about work (moving across town in a week and a half; so much yet to do, including non-moving things I let get buried under other things and just unearthed before the move, and now they're gnawing and fretting me) that I'm having a hard time not just getting dressed and going over right now.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Oh, no. Much ~ma for your neighbor, Anne.

Kiba, I hope your situation gets worked out.

Today is not shaping up to be a particularly good day. I need to do something to make it not a total wash. But first, some food I can keep down. I ate all the crackers already.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Made oatmeal in the slow cooker. Had some with brown sugar and milk. Good start to the day.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Thank you for the ~ma. Nancy and Tom have been excellent friends - the kind of friends who will syringe feed your dying cat on the days you HAVE to go into work. I hope everything turns out to be okay.

It is awfully early for you West Coasters to be up! I hope you can relax some today. Will the move be better or worse for your commute?

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, worse. I've been spoiled rotten, living a seven-minute walk from my office; it'll still only be that seven minute walk plus a 25-minute shuttle ride, but I am still bitter. The open office plan when we get there is another whole level of hell, but I've ranted and pity-partied about it so much already that I'm sick of myself.

If anyone has any podcasts to recommend, especially half-hour or shorter ones, I'd love 'em; I can't read in a moving vehicle anymore, so the commute shall have to be filled up with podcasts.

JZ, have you ever listened to "Welcome to Night Vale?" That's a fun series, and is about the right length.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Lots of ~ma, Anne.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Muffaletta: If it doesn't have olives on it THEN IT'S NOT A MUFFALETTA!

The muffaletta I had yesterday did, in fact, have olive salad on it. (That might have been the best part. Good stuff.)
