Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Did you take a detour to Cincinnati and walk by the UDF near CCM?
Ha! No, there's never a shortage of characters here either. I do prefer that preacher to the Old Navy preacher here though. Lampshade guy is relatively new. He's only been around for a couple of weeks.

Gesundheit?
Whew, made it to the end of the thread! And now I have to go to bed. But before I go:
Allyson has the Shiniest Hair. And a little more cash for whatever is needed; I assume that anything unused may end up in the scholarship fund, although you'd be surprised at how expensive obituaries are...
Maria needs to treat herself kindly.
Sean gets lots of congratulations on moving to the Bay Area. (And will get some of my 50th-birthday beer when he gets here.)
Shrift gets lots of luck on her job search (as do Theodosia and Calli and everyone else who needs it).
Pix gets lots of healing-ma so she can run the marathon.
Everyone else gets hugs or scritches.

See, this is why I asked for instruction. Because I did that days ago, the day I first came back. I didn't get overly detailed, just wrote "Belgium." But it didn't appear on the map. It still hasn't appeared on the map. Do I have to be more detailed? Or does the map just hate me? That's probably it. Evil map.
Jilli will be not too far from me! Be sure to wave, Jilli!
The map didn't update with my new address, either. Being in the middle of the ocean, it will be obvious when it does.
Take care of yourself, Maria, and thanks for checking in.
New stress today as there seems to be some trouble with the GRE scores part of my application, and it's kind of my fault, and I'm not sure I can fix it. I fear my desire to save $195 and not take the GRE a third time might have cost me the bigger fellowships. Le sigh.
That sucks, Kiba. I hope it turns out not to be so.
The middle of the ocean, DebetEsse? Do explain! I am picturing you on a raft, similar in appearance to the one in Castaway, but equipped with a laptop and satellite internet.
