H and I had bronchitis every winter, like clockwork, a cold would "settle" and we'd cough for weeks. Haven't had it though, since we quit smoking.
How is monsoons in the desert, Cass?

I've been really lucky, no bronchitis for me. My mother used to get it every year until she stopped smoking, and my sister still gets it every winter because of her asthma and allergies.
It's a beautiful day again. I need to walk the dog, jump in the shower, and go take Dad to church. Go me.
I've had bronchitis many times and abs a few times, but they seem to be independent variables.
I cough all winter most every winter, but I don't go to the doctor for it. It's just normal for the season.
Mowed 1/3-1/2 of the lawn, and it's already 90 in the shade so that is all that is getting done out there (where it is not, for the record, shady) today. Maybe I will do a little yardwork in the mornings before work while it is cool? Could happen.

I'm still waiting to find out when the epidural is going to be (thanks for the assurance, Burrell--I'm well on the way to feeling like I'm stoppered up with Silly Putty and this is just one more thing to go wrong. But it would make sense that my "failing" other procedure was actually a burgeoning disc, so maybe everything can work as designed.
Repetitively and expensively...
In the meanwhile, no kettlebell.
It's been a while since I've had bronchitis, but I remember not being a fan. Up through my late 20s, I used to get it almost annually. I'm not sure what changed, physically or environmentally, to make that happen.
-t, insent to your profile addy.
I don't see anything, Anne.

Fingers crossed ita, I figure it's well past time for something to work as advertised.
Pneumonia once when I was in grade school, I don't remember much other than being too sick to get gifts for anyone for Xmas. My mom's story was that she'd give my sister and me aspirin to knock down our fevers and we'd start playing like kids. Then a couple hours later she'd notice the silence and go find the both of us passed out on the floor of some room napping, all sweaty and feverish.
I don't think it ever rose to the level of bronchitis, but I got a wicked cough with both pregnancies that lasted from the time it developed to the end of my pregnancy. Now I try to avoid coughs like the plague because they move in and won't budge.
Argh. Let me try again, -t
A weird side effect that a friend of mine got from blood pressure medicine was a nagging cough! Once the doctor determined that's what was causing it, they switched her over to another medication and it was just fine. I'd have never figured that one out.
