Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

ION, I got on my train this morning and it sat at the station for ten minutes, waiting for "police assistance."

We must have gotten our assistance, as we're moving now.

Unless ther killer is still on the train and they're waiting for him to make his move.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm pretty glad my 10am meeting got moved, but man, I am wiped out! My mother had a big party yesterday, which was maybe not the ideal way to prepare myself for coming back to work after two weeks. What do I do here, again?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Couldn't fall asleep for nothing last night and yet I was up at 6:15 this morning. First day I've been up before 10am in days. Too much work to catch up on and finding system errors/"enhancements" just adds to the fun.

Not enough caffeine.

I am so not mentally ready for s full week of work. Already I feel like I should be watching tv since I've done like 3 whole things.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I don't know how I'm going to get through this week. I'm a little disappointed that the Benadryl-at-night-Claritin-in-the-morning routine appears to be working, because if I felt a little worse I would work from home tomorrow and be able to do laundry and wash dishes in between work tasks (things I didn't do all weekend because I felt quite a bit worse). Ton of meetings (relative to what I'm used to anyway) this week, too. I'm leading the one that starts in an hour and a half, I think I can be more passive in the rest...

Definitely in the "not ready for work" crew.

Amy, I'm so sorry to see your beep me post, I hope it all works out quickly.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Oh, my god, ita and Amy. I am appalled for the both of you, and desperately wishing I were rich and owned a pharmacy.

People are asking me for things. Make it stop.

I've done like 3 more things. How is it still an hour until lunch?

I think I will go home at lunch (it's less than 10 min away) and have a race to see how much I can get cleaned up in the kitchen.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I'm currently avoiding responsibilities because I'm in meetings, but that grace period won't last past lunch.
