I don't know how I'm going to get through this week. I'm a little disappointed that the Benadryl-at-night-Claritin-in-the-morning routine appears to be working, because if I felt a little worse I would work from home tomorrow and be able to do laundry and wash dishes in between work tasks (things I didn't do all weekend because I felt quite a bit worse). Ton of meetings (relative to what I'm used to anyway) this week, too. I'm leading the one that starts in an hour and a half, I think I can be more passive in the rest...

Definitely in the "not ready for work" crew.
Amy, I'm so sorry to see your beep me post, I hope it all works out quickly.
Getting back into Real Work mode is hard.
Oh, my god, ita and Amy. I am appalled for the both of you, and desperately wishing I were rich and owned a pharmacy.
People are asking me for things. Make it stop.
I've done like 3 more things. How is it still an hour until lunch?
I think I will go home at lunch (it's less than 10 min away) and have a race to see how much I can get cleaned up in the kitchen.
I'm currently avoiding responsibilities because I'm in meetings, but that grace period won't last past lunch.
FFS -- I just ripped off a nail trying to get my aligner out for lunch! Booooo.
Also, we're doing time tracking this month. Screwing around on the internet is Admin, right?
I have to finish my self assessment. Sigh.
I have to call 12 people and try to explain that they've placed a hold on the play version of the Diary of Anne Frank, instead of the diary itself (which is titled The Diary of a Young Girl.) The annoying thing is I just did this 6 weeks ago, calling 20 people. Probably Cataloging would not like it if I found a way to have a big flashing pop-up tell people putting a hold that this is NOT THE DIARY, right?
Also, someone called me from Seattle, wanting Grants information.
