Nice, msbelle.

I'm watching The Voice. I think I want the kid with the glasses and curly brown hair to win.

Punishingly Intricate

I just realized I should have gotten the Serial notebook for my cousin, but I think I've already spent enough money on her!

THANK YOU for posting this!!!! I ordered 2 and now feel like I should have gotten more.

Today was rage and tears making at work. I'd like to get through a complete day without feeling completely incompetent at least once but I guess that can't happen. ugh. I'm pretty sure the problem must be me. I'm grateful for all of the great things about my job but I wonder if the stress is worth it and maybe I should try to get a lower-paying or whatever job that I could actually succeed at.

Anyway, thank goodness for you guys and my other friends and husband and kittens and dog and everything else. Also, that I have a community here where we may be getting together in the bar Thursday evening to all listen to Serial together but on our devices w/ headphones in and then talk about it after it's over. Good times!

I wish I could join y'all, but will be overextended. But bring up the Phylicia Barnes case for me? That's retrialing now, from my old apt complex, and lack of physical evidence. It was about a year after I moved.

So I might be buying a dog Thursday. Not for me. Brian, neighbor, had fallen for one but the sellers have crappy hours, but loose policy, but no deposits, so I may be making a clandestine puppy purchase for Brian. Not sure if I'm supposed to fake falling in love. Or if it should be falling in love with the pup that my clearly gay 'boyfriend' fell for. So complicated.

Yeah, I've been reading about that. Evidently one of the jurors had to be excused when she went into labor?!

Yup.

My old neighbors were freaking out at the time. There are parallels wrt lack of physical evidence. But first trial was a mistrial after a 2nd manslaughter finding.

Frankly, all an indictment of the judicial system.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

wine for you. and a hot rice wrap.

I don't know what a hot rice wrap is. Does it go around my neck or in my stomach? Both sound appealing right now. As does wine, but I worry by body doesn't metabolize it all that well as I am getting older. Bummer given that I don't have *that many* vices, not enough to just go losing one of them.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

msbelle and mac are both the best at maturity today!

Ugh, lisah, that sounds really hard. I hope you can find some resolution. The Serial listening get together sounds great, though.

I am starting to suspect that all the wreaths at work are allergy triggers. Benadryl and bed for me.

Just looked it up and now I want one, but may have to make do with what I can find around the house. There may be a microwavable heating pad somewhere.

I'm assuming a hot rice wrap is like what I have---a long skinny pillow thing filled with rice that you stick in the microwave and then wrap around my shoulders.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

around neck. flannel bag stuffed with wild rice - heat up in microwave and magic warm goodness.
