Gets old. But if I don't do the aerobic, it shows in my blood sugar, which I need to keep down to save my eyesight. If I skip the muscle and stretches, various parts of me give intense pain. So, it is amazing how much the threat of permanent blindness plus short term feedback in the form of immense pain can motivate sticking to a food plan and exercise routine.

And I just realized I bought mulling spices but not cider. That's not gonna work.
10 pm, time to fetch laundry and start melting caramel.
