Better to be unexpectedly surprised in that way, shrift. Much better.
Sorry Strix, I don't know from CMoS. Have you looked at the OWL at Purdue? OWL stands for online writing lab. Tends to be my go-to when students need to look up formatting questions.
Strix, Book Title would be in single quotes in that example.
I met a Pomsky today -- that's a mix between a Pomeranian and a Husky. Adorable mini-Husky, and so very calm, too -- the passenger held her dog all through the ride without a peep from the dog.
Adorable mini-Husky
That sounds like my perfect dog. Fluffy and small and loveable and not yapping all over.
Given the size disparity of the two breeds, would Mom have been the Husky?
Ah, thanks Amy! I thought so.
Burrell, the OWL is awesome, but it focuses on academic papers, not fiction. I always referred it to my students, too.
Ugh -- I have been editing 5 hours. Time for a wee break.
Anna Lynne McCord is in the er waiting room. Her sister is sick. She looks just like 90210, but older.
That does sound lethally cute. It would be awfully hard to name one anything but "Noam", wouldn't it?
I picked up CJ's senior photo's finally. They look fantastic.
I have a school year collage frame, with a spot for K - 11 going around a larger spot for the senior picture. I added his senior pic and will see how long it takes for CJ to notice. I need to buy some frames when I can to display a couple of others. I got a neat canvas print of 4 of the pictures to send my dad.
So - I've been out of the house today! Once I finish work I need to bake a batch of cupcakes to take into the office tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I have all the ingredients I need in house.
