I don't have the Hobbit DVDs yet. They'll have a box set next year, and I can wait for that. I don't think they're nearly as good as tLotR, but I still like them. They won't become part of my tree trimming tradition unless I get a much larger tree. Still, it's been nice to revisit Middle Earth a bit more.

Can you imagine extended versions of the Hobbit movies?
I like them well enough, but it's not like the first time...
If you want a second round of Thanksgiving treats, ita, we also have a ton of leftovers
You guys are marvellous. I'm literally just back on solid food (had a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast) after a *lot* of Ensure, and sometimes I'm too wobbly to get myself stocked up.
Kat, in the butter drawer is the turkey on a roll I forgot. *sob*
But I had a big brunch, so I should be ok. I think I have a granola bar somewhere. It might be a little smashed.
I saw that, sara. I thought it was K's. But I will have it for lunch.
ita, we'll be down late afternoon. I'm feeling wobbly and am going to lie down for a bit then we'll head out. Though frankly, I should go while the game is on.
Oh, Kat--please don't wobble and drive.
Actually, don't wobble at all.
Can you imagine extended versions of the Hobbit movies?
nooooooo. As cute as Aidan Turner is, not even for him.
*waves at the Kat/ita meet up*
We are back home from the cemetery. We had the unveiling of Liz's grave. It was simple and informal and I think we did OK even if I completely botched the reading of the Kaddish. And then we took the kids for dim sum. Isaac loved it. I was sort of overcome by the memories it all brought back, but in a good way. Plus there was turnip cake.
*hiccups*
oops
I'm sure you did great, Burrell.
