Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

remember that Colin Ferguson? Can you imagine my fave at hearing that news piece.

Speaking of whom, did I see him on Major Crimes last night?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

what is Uber's competitor with a similar app presence? I want to try them sometime. Begins with an el.

How To Get Away With Murder--is that considered a procedural?

They caught serious bad guys on Brooklyn nine nine. Clearly a procedural.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Forever Knight was considered by TV Guide to be a crime drama, so why the hell not?

How To Get Away With Murder--is that considered a procedural?

If it is, then should Leverage be a procedural too?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

We've been talking HTGAWM in Procedurals, fwtw. Although the MotW model has not really held up. has it?

Haven't watched this week's B99, alas.

ETA: Leverage conveniently fell under Cable so we didn't have decide what genre it should be

Uber's biggest competitor is Lyft, and there's also Sidecar. I'm actually pretty impressed with Uber's software, which gives the rider real-time updating about where their/any car is, and how long the estimated time to arrival is.

Also the navigation estimate seems right on, even with traffic to contend with, mostly -- my bane is one-way streets. Today I found myself taking a fare to South Boston, and I've never driven there before, and then Uber found me a close-by fare back into downtown

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Lyft is the one with the pink mustaches, right?

World's prettiest (that's auto correct--*I* meant "pissiest*) doctor?

Damn I don't know if I've got a season pass¹ or not anymore... and he doesn't trigger the permanent CFerg season pass (do many people use search season passes? On what? I used to have one with krav set to record but it never fires. I hope Colin gets good residuals, because that horrible Diane Keaton movie seems like it's always waitng for me to delete.

finally bought my ticket home. .. and saved $250. I'm not going to gamble with that a lot, but what a relief!

¹: Who prefers Closer over Major Crimes? I don't think I do. They still have Jon. I did wonder if her Brooklyn Nine Nine appearance should have been a nod. Ah, well.

Why is the Uber app not letting me in? ?? Theo, I swear, is this your doing? ?

OH. I still hate them, but I'm glad there was a point. I'd meant to ask.

If the Uber app doesn't let me in soon, gonna be Lyfted...

Oh, and Leverage didn't solve crimes. But HTGAWM usually did, as well as the overarching premise of solving that. Enh. Maybe the overarching didn't count.

I'd love to hear the premise of the show past the first season.
